MEDICAL LABORATORY SKILLS

Good knowledge of use of a number of microbiological, molecular, histological, haematological and parasitological techniques.
Some of the specific skills include; polymerase chain reaction (PCR), Primer design using different software, electrophoresis, flourescence microscopy, electron microscopy (SEM), staining. Isolation and identification (physical, biochemical and molecular) of bacterial, fungi and parasites.

BIOTECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS
Submerged fermentation, solid state fermentation, downstream processing, process optimisation (conventional and statistical), whole cell immobilisation, growth and degradation kinetics, molecular characterization of organisms, phylogenetic analysis and purification.
Main Objectives
Demonstration of interpersonal skills, willingness to accept duty is always my personal priorities toward realizing organizational objectives.I believe in ideal practice, perfection, mutual respect, commitment and hardworking.
